Our Process
1. Contact Us
When you call us at (210) 827-6644 or complete the online consultation request, we will schedule an appointment for one of our designers to meet with you on site for a free evaluation and consultation.
2. Initial On-Site Consultation
One of our experienced and knowledgeable designers will meet with you to discuss your ideas and budget, take pictures and assess the site characteristics. If you have a copy of your property site survey for this meeting, this will reduce the evaluation time and enable the designer to give you a better idea of some possibilities you may want to consider.
3. Design & Estimate
When you contract with Image Landscape Development, our designers will develop a unique custom design incorporating your desires and needs and prepare an itemized cost-estimate before your next meeting.
4. Presentation
A second meeting will be scheduled to present the completed design. The designer will explain the elements on the design and review the cost-estimate with you. Upon your approval, the contract can be signed and deposits received.
5. Installation
If your home is being constructed or you are making modifications to an existing home, we will coordinate with you to choose a satisfactory installation start date. The designer will periodically visit during the installation process to consult with the on-sight supervisor.
6. Final Walk Through
Once the installation process is completed, the designer will schedule a final walk -through. During this meeting any questions you may have will be addressed. When you are satisfied with the work, we will collect the final payment.
